Every week, Sebastopol Sourdough Company bakes a small number of naturally leavened loaves and seasonal baked goods. Orders open Monday, close Thursday, and everything is baked Sunday morning and available for pickup that day.

Long fermentation. Whole grains from local farmers.

Everything is baked that morning. You'll get pickup details after you order. There's no day-old bread here.
